Nutritional therapy is not a “one size fits all” or a "magic pill"
It is a gradual change in lifestyle to bring your body back to balance and harmony
Some may see immediate improvements, for  others the body can take time to come back to a state of wellbeing
 

Personalised Nutrition / One to One Consultation

  • Initial appointment: 60-90 minutes
  • Follow-ups 45 minutes
  • Frequency of visits depends on individual circumstances - typically 3-6 weeks apart
  • 6 to 12 weeks programs are recommended for long lasting results


A personalised nutritional programme with explanation of dietary and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to any symptoms designed to meet your individual requirements.

Dietary supplement may be recommended, when necessary, based on your specific needs and scientific evidence. Checking for any potential drug-nutrient interactions if used alongside conventional medicine.  
Biochemical testing can be recommended where necessary.
